My father was the depot agent there for many years. I have so many fond memories of being there with him. From the tapping of the telegraph against the Prince Albert can (made it louder) to the smell of those blackened floors, to staying back in the freight room when a train came, to actually riding it to see my grandparents in the early 80's. There was a well-beaten path from the depot to the Tippin's General Store where folks could go to buy a sandwich or cold soda pop. Thanks for sharing. -LINDA
