SANTA BARBARA SOUTHERN PACIFIC DEPOT IN SANTA BARBARA, CA
The street side arcade doesn't extend to the east end of the second floor, unlike track side, which does. That may have facilitated unloading baggage. As seen, individuals and small clusters of passengers wait all around and inside the building for the next train.
