DENVER & RIO GRANDE RAILROAD IN SOUTH FORK, CO

D&RG No. 44 (x-USAF 1244; x-So.Pac. 1244; x-Utah Central Rwy 1244) is a 44 ton GE B-30-7 diesel - built in 1953 - sold in 1991 for use of Utah Central Rwy - sold to OmniTrax, Loveland, CO by 1996. Utah Central Railway is a shortline switching operation in and around Ogden, Utah - on the eastern shore of Great Salt Lake plus trackage shared with the Utah Railway in the Ogden Yard (the old D&RGW yard). http://utahrails.net/utahrails/uc-ry-1992.php
