The building has been in DRG brown trim and buff colors. In the 1983 photo the gray color possibly is a fresh repair job? Facing west, the single arch as a southwestern flair (later Mission Architecture style of some depots). Trackside adjacent to the train master's bay, is a small portico and it has two decorative brackets - these are the sole architectural detailing.
