The Twin City Model Railroad Museum is a collection of exquisitely detailed model railroads in nearly every scale. Our most famous display features the railroads of the Twin Cities during the 1930s, 40s and 50s in O-Scale (2-rail). Thousands of volunteer hours have faithfully reproduced Twin Cities railroad history in O Scale, an impressive sight and well worth your visit. Other layouts demonstrate the breadth of model railroading scales, construction type, and techniques. Hands on interactive features are featured on every layout to keep them fun and interesting! See our amazing LEGO layout which is constantly changing. The Twin City Model Railroad Museum is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide family entertainment for the young and old alike, while preserving this era of Minnesota railroad history. Hours: Friday: 10am-3pm, Saturday: 10am-2pm, Sunday: Noon-5pm, Monday: 10am-3pm Night Trains Season: 3-7pm, Every Saturday night from November through February (except Christmas Eve)
