The model train layout is provided by the Brazos Valley Railroad Society, Brazoria, TX. Started in 1993, the HO Scale model depicts scenes around Southern Brazoria County around 1955. Surrounding the layout are Numerous artifacts representing railroads that have operated in Brazoria County and includes reference books, magazines, maps and photos. Located in the Brazoria Civic Center which also houses the Brazoria Heritage Museum that is operated by the Brazoria Heritage Foundation. A MoPac caboose #13777 is on display in a nearby park.
