Comments/Directions: The Cyclorama is located adjacent to the zoo in historic Grant Park. Western and Atlantic Railroad #49, a 4-4-0, is on display. No.49 is "The Texas" which took part in the great locomotive chase during the Andrews' Raid into the Confederacy early in the Civil War. There are diplays about the raid and some early railroad history. |
