The Rockdale I&GN Depot museum is located in downtown Rockdale in the recently restored former International & Great Northern depot. Dedicated to the preservation of our railroad and local history, it houses a collection of railroad as well as local artifacts. In addition we have on display MP dining car 36 "Cheyenne Mountain", and a MP (StLB&M) caboose. Plans are to include an operating model railroad in O and HO scales. We are planning to open in the fall of 2006, however the museum may be visited by appointment, and on special event days.
