Comments/Directions: The museum is in the former records building of the four-building depot complex. The museum includes an interpretive exhibit about the coming of the railroad to Tucson, transportation within the city and a diorama of the depot as it appeared in the 1920s. There also is an interactive display explaining the railroads' key role in the area's history. Outside is the historic Locomotive 1673, a circa-1900 engine donated to the city in 1955 by the Southern Pacific.
