Comments/Directions:
1909 restored rural Erie Railroad Depot with a variety of operating locomotives and rolling stock over 2 miles of track. Rides are multi-modal, including trolleys, track cars or diesels between New York Museum of Transportation(NYMT) and R&GVRR Museum. Indoor and outdoor exhibits include restored railroad equipment, photo displays and transportation items with local RR and transportation interests. Open Sunday 11am-5pm May through October (NYMT open year round). Adults $7, child $5 seniors $6. Special events monthly throughout the operating season. See website or call for more details. NOTE: Sunday tours and track car rides begin at the New York Museum of Transportation, 6393 East River Road, Rochester, NY. Visitors come to the R&GV Railroad Museum by railroad.
