Railroad and logging equipment in an outdoor display area, and a mini-museum with photos and railroad memorabilia. Signature piece is a 1922 Baldwin steam locomotive that worked for many decades in the region?s forests, retired now to static display. Ring the bell! Also displayed are two restored cabooses, an Ohio steam railroad crane, an ALCO diesel switcher locomotive, a "car mover" yard engine used at the Panama Canal,and vintage roadbuilding machines used in conjunction with railroad logging. Free admission; open year round on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with some extended summer days/hours. Monthly meetings are the second Monday at 7 p.m. in the museum.
