Formerly the Sushi Boat. Boats that used to float tantalizing dishes of sushi by guests at the sushi bar has been replaced by rail! A G-scale D&RGW K-27 pulls a "unit train" of sushi on D&RW flat cars which is helped by a large scale D&RG SD-45. Guests can pull small plates of sushi off the train or order from the menu, or both. As far as sushi goes, the chef has many variations on standard sushi and they are quite tasty! The train just adds the "wasabi on the tuna roll" to give this fun restaurant and extra kick!
